Avec ce boitier dans votre poche vous disposez d'une connexion partout : chez vous, dans la rue, le train même à la campagne. Les communications passent sans problème avec whatsapp. L'organisation fonctionne comme vous l'avez demandée avec le boitier et son mode d'emploi qui vous attendent à l'hotel. Les boites à lettre postales situées au niveau arrivée de l'aéroport d'Haneda accueilleront l'enveloppe T fournie pour retourner le matériel après usage. Un parcours "sans couture", à la japonaise !

I was in Tokyo for 2 weeks and I was happy to have this device. I choose it because it was the only one I found that had unlimited internet!!! All the others had a daily limit and after that the speed would be reduced. It was also the cheapest compared to the other offers.
One thing that bothered me was that we had to reset it 2 times, the first time was really fast, we opened it, pressed the button and everything was fine. The second time was more troublesome because it did not work right away.

Other than that it was great and easy to use and shipping abs returning was also no problem.

We used our pocket wi-fi every day 24-7 and it worked perfectly. we would't have managed without it. I highly recommend everybody too rent one.

No problems with the device and pickup except for the speed. We were expecting faster speed but it's kinda slow.

Convenient to have but the speed was not as fast as we expected and also not unlimited. It only work for several hours. Though the wifi didn't work for us, we'll still use Japan Wireless for our next trip. Your reservation and customer service was excellent.
