Perfect Service…..Very good for Travel

Excellent service, fast and reliable

I rented the device for about twenty days and it was completely worth it!
I needed to make some call and video meetings, and not once did I have problems with the signal during my stay in Japan.
Even in more remote places, such as atop of Zao Ropeway or in the middle of Nakasendo trail, I still had solid access to internet. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we’ve used this service. It’s a reliable service and device. We’ll have the same plan and service again when we go back to Hokkaido.

Easy to use. Easy to collect and return (clear procedure)

The pocket wifi was delivered to our arrival hotel as requested and worked perfectly while we were travelling throughout Hokkaido. I would use Japan Wireless again. Jane

Fue una excelente decisión contratar este servicio. Su profesionalidad y servicio son de una seriedad exquisita. Nos funciono perfectamente y en todo momento estuvimos conectados y gracias a este wifi nos podíamos mover por Japón con facilidad

Very good no problems

Worked every where I went. Was surprised at the charge level for the wireless device. Only needed to charge at night. Went all day. Popped it in my backpack.

Worked well throughout my entire trip in Japan. Highly recommended
