Got a Japan Wireless device for 14 days and worked well in the cities we travelled to. Nice to have unlimmited data and the 2nd power bank. Device stopped working on day 7, and after contacting service desk via Facebook messenger, had a replacement device sent out. Also received a partial refund without needing to ask, which was nice.

Japan Wireless made it easy and trouble-free having PocketWifi in Japan. We rented two PocketWifis for two weeks and had little to no trouble with our devices. Each device even came with a portable battery pack to keep our wifi working all day during our travels. When one of our device was having difficulty connecting, Japan Wireless provided easy paper instructions on how to reset the device. Japan Wireless was always very accommodating to our situations. When one of our party members forgot to return the PocketWifi, they kindly worked with us to resolve the problem while providing excellent service. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Cheap amongst the competitors and reliable data.

I travelled around Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and this wifi has no problem giving me good coverage. Love the unlimited data and additional power bank provided.
