So glad we got this for our trip. It was at the hotel when we arrived and worked terrific all over Japan. Battery lasted all day. We couldn't have been happier!

No complaints. Just a tip though, disable auto updating of your apps and auto photo backups on wifi if you want the wifi router to survive throughout the day. I find that once I had those settings disabled the router has enough battery to last a whole day.

Ho utilizzato il pocket wifi per una decina di giorni tra Tokyo e dintorni, sempre efficiente e con un ottima connessione. Velocità davvero notevole e autonomia di una giornata piena, non ho mai avuto la necessità di usare il powerbank in dotazione, ma ricaricavo il pocket tutte le sere. Se tornerò in Giappone sicuramente mi avvalerò ancora di questa combinazione.

It was so easy to use and set up ! If you're travelling around Japan it is a must to help foreigners get around and stay in touch with family :)

Worked very well in Tokyo and Kyoto. The battery did not last a full twelve hours but a portable charger is provided. I would be happy to use this pocket wi-fi again. Ordering and delivery of the wi-fi was very simple and efficient.

Premium WiFi package from Japan Wireless is amazing value, it made our experience seamless as we had internet access and could navigate or do live google translate much easier :)
Do not miss out, get premium wifi!
