Easy to use, really convenient, and long battery life

It was the best decision of the whole road trip to Japan. The service worked seamlessly, saved us in numerous situations regarding booking accomodation via internet from one day to the other, driving with google maps navigation, etc. The delivery and drop off is more than easy and user friendly, the range almost full save for really wild mountain areas which few people venture to, the unlimited transfer priceless. The device was almost brand new, with battery in excellent shape, we did not even need to use the spare battery pack attached, it held out all day of intense use. Everything was small and handy. Price to quality ratio just great. Next time in Japan we are for sure going to buy the same service with Japan-Wireless. We are totally happy with it and we recommend it to any friends that intend to visit Japan soon.

It literally saved my life a lot of times! I was able to connect with friends to find out their location at the train stations but also find my way to some hidden gems in Japan! Very fast and reliable internet speed! Recommend this to anyone traveling to japan!

this device worked as expected, strong wi-fi connection and long battery life (about 10 hours. Only drawback is it only have Japanese display, that made me scaring if the device doesn't functional thus requiring some troubleshooting.

I shared it with 3 friends for 20 days and it worked perfectly! Would recommend for everyone who is in a group of people.
