Affordable and great value for money. Hassle free to use

Wouldn't have had such a great trip without it. Helped soooooo much

We used this during our trip. It was the best investment and decision we made.

This was the easiest and most reliable pocket wifi I've ever used! From Airport pickup, to daily usage, to drop off - the entire experience is seemless! Works pretty much anywhere in Japan and I was able to catch all episode of Game of Thrones Season 8 while at the train station, on the bullet train, and in line for lunch. It charges over microusb so you can use your battery pank or use the Company's.

My company has been using Japan Wireless for the last few years. The products are excellent and the customer service is great.

They responded promptly when our WIFI ran into technically difficulties and mailed us a new device on the same day! Very dependable service. Would use again.

Access to dependable, fast internet is a necessity when I travel and Japan Wireless does it best! Easy, Affordable, Dependable, and Fast! No hidden fees either!

There was a delay in executing my order, because the order itself was late.

But it got delayed further because I could not respond promptly to your queries on my movement do as to deliver the JW as early as possible.

However, since I had no WiFi, my response took longer.

Under such circumstances, you could consider communicating through SMS. Regards
