Product worked without any issues for our entire stay. Connection speed was never an issue. Would use again.

Worked great, never lost connection. Fast internet, had 3 phones connected for 2 weeks. Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone, Fukushima. Absolutely loved it and their customer service.

The wifi device we had worked really well. There were prety much no problems with it at all. In fact, I can't remember a time we lost connection.
