This was our 3rd time using Japan Wireless and we will definitely use again!

Very good connection, long lasting battery, and reliable.

We used this for 9 full days. Great price. It worked really well and never ran out of battery. We could even use it when we were about 50 yards apart. Easy to use!

It works very well for us.

Tokyo is literally a maze, it's massive. If it wasn't for this device, I don't think I would have gotten back to my hotel when I needed to. This device helped me navigate and locate anything I was looking for from restaurants to hotels, train schedules ect. Definitely made my vacation much easier and enjoyable. Thank you Japan wireless. Best vacation ever.

I use it everytime i travel to japan!

This pocket wifi was very fine, but a little too heavy for my pocket.
I had a problem with my plane, and the customer service was very efficient and send it from Narita to my place. Very good customer service.
