We purchased the packet WIFI a few days before the trip and had it sent to my hotel. When we arrived, it was already waiting for us at the reception desk. We visited big cities and remote places, we always had signals. It worked very nicely for the family. We did have to put on a charger frequently, we also purchased the insurance to cover any incident. The return was also very easy - put it in the included return envelop and dropped into a post office mailbox at the airport. A confirmation email was sent to us once it was received. We really enjoyed the service, thank you!

I used this mobile hot spot for one week while visiting Tokyo. Was terrific to be able to use Maps to guide me through trains, subways and walking. I was very happy.

This pocket wifi saved our life during our 2 week trip in Japan. Worked all the time without interuption.
There express delivery is the best. Booked the pocket the day before and received less than 24h after

It was crucial for me to have connection during my stay in Japan since I decided I wouldn't be getting a mobile phone. I contracted with Japan Wireless and found smooth sailing in staying connected to wi-fi on my mobile phone. It really comes in handy when you are constantly needing to do a Google Map directions search whilst traveling.

The Wi-Fi service was great with good coverage across Japan.

All ok

Very good

Very efficient!!!

We're very satisfied with this product. It was great to have the additional battery pack. The only thing that might have made it a bit better would be a second charger for the battery pack, but we got by without it just fine.

We were 100% satisfied with this product and service. It worked 100% of the time - never had an issue & the mobile charger that was included was not only thoughtful but a lifesafer. Thank You!
