I haven’t had any problem. I’ve got it at my hotel and I’ve sent back using the mail box. The signal was really powerful and I used it for three devises at the same time. Battery was ok for all one day.

As promise, I receive the package via post when I arrive at my hotel. It also include a package / envelope in returning for drop box at the airport on our departure. I am satisfied and will use it again when I visit Japan.
