Great service , clear and easy to use. Battery lasted very long and Internet was working with little to no interruptions.

My first time to use a pocket wifi was successful.
I did have to restart it a few times during the three weeks I had it. The battery life is good. Also the extra powerpack is great to have.!

I received the modem on time, already charged and ready to use it. I had internet at all the places I visited in Japan

With the power bank included, it worked well all day, absolutely recommendable in Japan.

I ordered this portable device only 2 days before my arrival in Japan, and though it was delivered a day later than initially stated, there was no problem with the delivery at my hotel. The device itself worked perfectly for the whole duration of my stay (11 days). The battery lasted the whole day so I never even used the powerbank that was included in the package. Return was very easy, simply posting everything at the airport in an already included envelope. When I will travel to Japan again I will definitely rent this device again. The price was also highly compatative compared to other companies, since I had unlimited data.

I was in Japan and went all around for 3 weeks and the service was really good. I had to reset the pocket Wi-Fi at certain times as it would stop receiving service but it was nothing major just a turn off and on

Ordered 3 days before arrival; package ready for us at hotel in Kyoto when we arrived. Connected immediately and enjoyed speedy internet everywhere we went in Kyoto and Osaka. Dropped into post box at Narita just before we went through customs. Awesome service.
