15 days in Kansai, Japan with no single problem. Easy to pick up and return. Reasonable price. Will use again next time we are in Japan.

The unit provides reliable internet 100% of the time. It will last the whole day, however, the external battery pack was not as reliable. It would not charge the unit. For reliability and ease of use, this pocket wi-fi is highly recommended.

I rented this pocket wifi only three days before arriving in Japan and was the best choice I made.
It is super light to carry around, the battery holds energy for almost the whole day and the internet sign worked everywhere, even in the countryside (and we really went deep !).
To get it on the airport was super easy and to return it was awesome, because you can just mail it, inside an envelope they provide, anywhere in Japan ! That allowed us to move in the country without worrying about being without wifi, because airports and train stations in big cities have mail boxes !
It also came with a battery charge, that we used the most to charge all other devices we have with us.
I super recommend it because it was really superb service and for a great price !

I am an American who visited Japan for a two week vacation. The WiFi device was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived. It worked perfectly the whole time. The extra battery was helpful. Return by mail was easy, as my hotel front desk staff handled for me.

Only downside, which is minor and expected for an always on electrical device, is that it gets warm in your pocket.

Order process is good - I'm now waiting to use it on my trip!

Service was hassle free and was indispensable to my visit to Japan.
