Great coverage on our entire trip! Easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. Wish battery life lasted all day but we brought portable chargers and used them daily. Great value for the price! Would definitely rent again!

Japan Wireless was super helpful and getting my pocket wifi was such a smooth process. I was able to easily pick it when I arrived at Narita airport and use it right away!

I am a returning customer. Used Japan-Wireless router last time visited Japan. The coverage was excellent even in small villages and towns. Internet connectivity was of great help when using maps and google translate in real time. Also the unlimited data really helps during live streaming and uploading of photos and videos. Overall a very satisfying experience hence using Japan-Wireless again. Have already recommended to many of my friends and they have used it too and were very happy with the pocket wifi and the network coverage.
