Great wifi, no issues.

I ordered this pocket wifi on line while still in the U.S. & arranged for it to be delivered to my hotel. It had indeed arrived as ordered. Fantastic! it made travelllng in Japan a breeze! return envelope provided. I gave it to the hotel front desk as i left. All good as described.

I have never used a portable WiFi before, but it was very easily to find Narita and worked great traveling from Tokyo to Kyoto and back. Always had a signal and was always really fast service. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Best ever to use while traveling thru Japan! Traveled from Tokyo to Kyoto, Nara, Fukuoka, Kagoshima & Hiroshima and never had an issue! Great reception everywhere we toured. Used it with 2 iPhones & ipads! Picked it up from airport & you mailed it back in the postage paid envelope at the airport! Flawless and easy! Would totally recommend this and would definitely use this again in Japan!

Easy to order, pickup, use, and return. Made my experience in Japan very memorable because I was always connected and found my way around with things to do. Definitely recommend using one.

I had a little issues with my 1st pocket wi-fi and with one e-mail problem resolved and got a new one right away, I will use Japan-wireless again on my next trip.

This is the third time renting while my stay in Japan. I travel all over Japan and I can count on hooking my pc for my work as well as my smart phone. My co-worker rented from an another company and constantly had connectivity issues.

It has been a great device working in a great mobile network
