Good connection almost everywhere. Battery isn't perfect but the supplied battery does a good job. Data limit isn't clear but for a normal use is ok

We traveled Japan for 2 weeks and we used this Wi-Fi for all 14 days! My husband and my iPhone were constantly connected and it was super convenient and helpful.

The battery life was wonderful - we never really had to use the external battery since we recharged the Wi-Fi well every night.

It was very compact and fitted in the small compartments of any bags and backpacks. It was very reliable and we stayed connected to Internet constantly for 14 days.

Pick up was very easy as well. We picked it up from the post office at Narita Airport. It located on 4th floor. When you were done, put everything in the enclosed envelope and just needed to drop it off at the post office before you went through the security. Make sure you drop it off before going through the security gate though.

Highly recommend this product if you need to stay connected just like we do in our everyday life.

Upon arrival, pickup at the airport worked as planned. The WIFI-service worked great during the time of my stay, especially with the extra battery.
At the end, i put everything into the pre-prepared envelope and left it in a post box at the airport - no trouble - just internet

I ordered wireless box from Japan Wireless and was not disappointed. Device was waiting for me in my hotel room and I easily put in return envelope and gave to hotel front desk. I did notice mail boxes at airport and wished I had returned there to have Internet longer. Made my trip more enjoyable and easy to access maps online.

The coverage was very good. Signal was strong and stable. Only thing to watch for is don’t put it in an unventilated bag as it will over heat and the gadget will freeze but good thing they include an instruction on how to reset the portable wifi and everything is working again. I highly recommend getting this for your family vacation trip and every one in your family will have unlimited internet access.

So easy to see all necessary information to make a decision as to which one is the best for me. I am ready to use it in Japan!

It was a wonderful experience from collecting the device from airport to return at the same place. No issues over connectivity. Great speeds with no data caps. Device lasted longer with the power bank, so no issues whatsoever connectivity is guaranteed whenever your are out.

Service is quick. Reasonable rate. I recommend.
