I've been traveling by bicycle, from Tokyo to Osaka and all the time i had internet, in the mountains and every remote place. excellent connection for keep contact with my family and for using google maps

Worked a treat all around Japan... indispensable four our trip there

The service was very efficient in evryway.
The pocket Wifi itself worked flawlessly. long autonomy and good speed.
The customer service was really good at resending my wifi as I was initially to pick it up a narita but landed in haneda instead. They sent to my hotel in Yokohama no problem whatsoever.

Picked up as planned no delay, worked throughout our 2 week stay no issues, good battery life single charge lasted the day (maps & light browsing), simple drop off on completion - good service would reccommend

Waiting for me at my hotel, easy to set up and a doddle to use. Had great signal everywhere we went and fast download speeds. Ideal for connecting smartphones for Googling all the normal travel necessities e.g. directions, restaurants etc. We had 3 iPhones and 2 iPads connected with no dicernable drop in performance. When finished just put in the presupplied envelopw and drop in a Post Box. Highly recommended.

I was so excited to get to Tokyo, I forgot to pick up my pocket WiFi at the airport.
The team was so lovely and sent it over to my hotel that very same day!
The pocket WiFi saved me, it worked brilliantly and helped me navigate the city while I was there for 4 days. The battery lasted all day.
I would highly recommend this to anyone that doesn’t have a flexible data plan for international travel :)
