We organised this before we went to japan & it was the best thing we did. Super easy to set up & staff very friendly & no issues with connection at all

The WiFi was waiting for me at the hotel reception as planned. Simple to set up and use. The spare battery provided was definitely needed but not problematic

Excellent service

The wifi unit and accessories are very good, quite portable, good connectivity and long lasting battery. Just took me a while to pick up upon arrival at Haneda, as I was looking for a Japan Wireless kiosk,

it was great. did everything i needed it to for cheap!

It worked perfectly, just as described. Picked it up quickly at the postal office at airport fully charged. Flawless performance. Highly recommend!!

Muy buen servicio, fácil de ordenar, fácil de usar. Sin fallas

Our first day, we got to Japan, the device we got couldn't hold a charge. They got a replacement to us the very next day. We had high speed internet everywhere we went including rural areas. This service and company are top notch!

I highly recommend Japan wireless to anyone who is looking for reliable and high speed wifi during their stay in Japan. We used it in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. The company was also kind enough to extend our usage for free for 3 additional days due to delays in our flight from the recent typhoon. Their customer service is exemplary!

Reliable and easy to use, well worth it!
