Worked great. Delivered as promised. Easy return. Signing up was very easy.

Great product, worked perfectly and invaluable while in Japan.
Thanks,
Andy.

What a lifesaver. Would not go without this again.

Hi I hired this WiFi package for my trip a must for travellers especially for maps gps got me to where I needed with out heavy net work charges on your own country’s tarries I would 100% recommend this package and will use japan wireless again Arigato japan

The WiFi kit was delivered, support was available, all worked super and even airport drop off was clear and easy. Only small thing, I think the additional power pack was slightly weak, as it drained faster than expected during usage. Thank You!

Took the premium wifi to Yokohama, Nikko and Tokyo and had good coverage and speeds on all my devices. The post box drop off service also saved me time as I had an early morning flight. Would highly recommend!

Great offer - made our trip a lot easier when navigating the country

Very efficient service- there waiting at the hotel on our arrival and sim worked perfectly throughout our stay everywhere we went. Saved a fortune on roaming charges

Arrived on time, great company, worked hard. Never let me down and was always there when needed.

The WiFi package was waiting at our hotel for us when we arrived. There was 3 of us using the device at once and it was just brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling from overseas to Japan. It had a really long battery life. We didn't have to use the battery pack once to recharge. It did come in handy to charge our phones though ;)
The internet speed was really fast too. We used Google maps EVERY time we left our hotel. There was no drop out at all.
Excellent value for money. Drop off was really simple too. There is a post/drop box right at the international departure gate to send the device back. Would definitely use again!! Thank you!!
