The Wifi arrived on time at the hotel, proved to be very easy to use an with plenty of data and really good connection speeds. Much better than getting a travel SIM / data plan for your phone. Overall, an excellent and must have service if you're travelling to Japan.

This device was great! It worked everywhere we went and had a great battery length.

It was convenient and strong enough to serve phones in separate hotel rooms. It needed to be refreshed or charged often. It was easy to pick up and return. It was a great addition to our journey.

Very easy to order, the delivery was seamless to hotel we were staying at. The device worked well throughout Japan with at least 6 devices hooked up most times.
Would recommend.

Easy to use, had a back up battery pack, price is affordable and we picked up from the office in Ueno. Made our lives so much easier travelling through Japan!!

I loved how easy Japan Wireless made this. I hopped online, put in an express order, and received my wifi to my door that same day. My husband and I were both able to connect our phones for 10 days, which was more affordable and faster than if we had gotten sim cards. Then I just dropped it in the mail and we were done!
