Everything was very good, easy to pickup, to install and I didn’t have to worry about charging anything but my cellphone.

Excellent, very easy to use.

Great internet coverage, good speed and battery life. No issues at all if any, internet coverage may suffer when entering remote areas but this is universal to all pocket wifi of any quality, and even then the coverage is pretty decent. I always try to book this wifi when I’m in Japan if I remember early enough to, it’s very very reliable.

Very Efficient, convenient.

Pretty good especially if you need net just a little more expensive then the other options if you don't need unlimited net

One of the best prices I've seen in Japan.

sim card was promptly delivered to hotel on the same day. always shop around but i found that japan wireless was the cheapest option when bringing your own wifi device.

Good and reliable connection. Very easy to pick up and drop off the wifi unit.

No hidden fees that I've encountered; I pay about 40 a month. Wifi works great, doesn't loose out on speed after a while and the battery life is good. The cable that came with the pocket wifi was bad and didn't charge it properly but I just bought a new one for about 400 Yen and it was fine.

I had bought the unlimited 4g package. It mostly worked normally and was very fast. One day when I used up a lot of data though, at the end of the day my speed was cut down so low that it needed a couple of minutes to give me google maps directions. But otherwise very good quality and no issues. Fair price as well.
