a wonderful device very useful in Japan!
It's a very good idea, we should have it also in Italy!

Picking up and returning process was extremely simple. Ordered online and chose my location to pick up in Tokyo. While all you have to do is put everything in the supplied pre-postaged package and drop it in any mailbox. The connection and speed was great, I don't think we lost connection at throughout the city.

It was so nice having WIFI everywhere I went, from Tokyo to Yamaguchi and everywhere in between! Very reliable service, and super convenient delivery and return process. Battery lasted all day.

Great solution for WiFi in Japan! Worked seamlessly for our family of 5 over 10 days in japan. Great product; great service. Recommended.

Ordering process was very easy and user friendly, we will let you know how usage is after our trip.

Absolutely loved pocket wifi. It really made my trip to Japan even more enjoyable.

Reliable service, used it for several times. Best option to have internet when travelling around japan.

Sometimes the plug of the pocket WiFi didn’t work very well, therefore it was difficult to recharge the battery, but the product, as a whole, worked incredibly well and I will definitely recommend everybody to use it when coming to Japan. I would like to underline the very efficient communication of the customer service and the precision of the members of the delivery service at the airport.

It is easy to understand, easy to set up, and easy to return. Everything you need is given to you in the package. A fully charged battery is good for one full day. Package can be delivered within less than 24 hours before your flight.

Must have while traveling Japan. I have three devices connected with excellent speed and without worry of roaming fees.
Japan Wireless exceeded my expectations!
