No complaints at all—easy ordering on the site and the wifi unit arrived at our hotel the day before our check in date. The unit itself worked perfectly the whole way through our trip, which took us from Tokyo down to Nara and Sakaiminato, then back up via Kanazawa and Takayama. No connection outages at all, and decent battery life per full charge. The return postage envelope made it simple to get the wifi unit back to Japan Wireless. 10/10 would recommend.

Very impressed with the quality of the wifi and speed. Best pocket wifi I've used so far.

Very easy to use, customers services good, but battery doesn’t last long enough

Even in places that already offer free wifi, this portable router outperforms. Lightweight and long battery life. I get one every time I go to Japan now.

Worked great as advertised
