The portable WiFi was very helpful during my recent visit to both Osaka and Tokyo. Easy pick up at the airport and even easier drop off at the end of the trip - just pop it in the mailbox at the airport.

We have been using Japan Wireless' services for several years now, and they have become indispensable for our travels due to their quality, efficiency, and excellent support.

Although its 4G and not that fast it is still convenient to have around. And for its competitive pricing it is really worth it.

It's my third time using their service and it's always been great. One time they sent a not so very good device but they sent me a new one after I requested a replacement.

This was a very good idea to use the Premium Wifi in Japan.

They delivered it to my hotel. Works great. Put all the parts in the package they supplied and dropped it into a postal box. EASY!
