This unit worked really smoothly everywhere in Tokyo (except perhaps in the deepest basement floors of buildings). Reception is great, speed is good, battery life lasts almost the whole day. Japan Wireless is also easy to order from, delivers on time, easy to return. I’ve been using their service for 7-8 years.

Unit is handy and light and battery life is long. After-sales service is also very good. When we reported a problem with the unit, they replaced it immediately. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Pick up and drop off was easy as its done at the airport so we had the option of using it as soon as we exited. Connectivity was fast and reliable. Will use it on our next succeeding trips.

Stable connection even when riding the subway! The SIM was a lifesaver on so many occasions! I would love to order again in the future.
