It was delivered on time and it works perfectly during all my stay in Japan. It rans super fast and had reception all the time.

From pickup to drop off, everything was easy and convenient! We were able to connect 2 phones on the Wifi and the quality was good.

Great product. Ordered it literally a day before arriving in Japan and it was ready for pick up at the post office in Narita airport. Don't know what we would done without it. Good coverage. Wish the battery lasted longer but with the battery charger included, it wasn't a big deal. Recommend.

Having the Pocket Wi-fi was awesome. I definitely could not have done the trip without it. The value was good and the wi-fi was unlimited. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 starts was I had to re-set the wi-fi a couple times. Other than that my experience with Japan Wireless was great. The wi-fi met me at the hotel as promised and at the end of my stay I returned it in the addressed/postage paid envelope that was provided. I even got an e-mail advising me they had received the Pocket Wi-fi back.

500MB of data per day was perfect for the price and was exactly what I needed for the trip.
