Fast and reliable! Battery lasted all day.

so easy to use even if you are not a geek

Very easy to use every where in Japan

Great service, needed to make adjustments after initial purchase and company response was quick and efficient. WiFi was available almost everywhere we went in Japan. Only disruptions were in big train tunnels out of major cities. Never ran out of batteries during the day. Easy pick up, easy return.

Easy to use, easy to get. Totally satisfied

Very easy to use..Thanks

We used a Japan Wireless device for 2 weeks and never encountered a single problem travelling in both cities and the countryside. Rent with confidence, it’s a great service

This was very helpful during my excursions around Tokyo. It lasted a long time while I was out and about. I cannot wait to return to Japan and I definitely will be using japan-wireless again.

Perfect logistics, product arrived on time in hotel, return envelop and instructions leave no room for mistakes.
