This is a very convenient device!

Japan Wireless had the best rate and the process to order, set up and return was so easy. It was there on the day I arrived and just had to drop it off in the mailbox at the airport. I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent pocket wifi in Japan.

Good prduct when we use it its not slow

Quick service and good prices. One year ago I got a wireless because I was staying in the hospital. The wireless came with instructions that were easy to understand and actually came a few days earlier than I needed them. There was also a return envelope for the wireless device so that I could send it back easily through the mail. Five stars!

Definitely the easiest and most convenient to rest for accessing the internet from any parts of Japan. Good job! My go to pocket wifi renta the next time I'm visiting Japan.

Love this product! The pocket WiFi is great and when I did have an issue the customer service handled and fixed it very quickly. No throttling and plenty of data for one person. If you’re looking for a Pocket WiFi I highly recommend this one!

This was a very useful and wonderful device that kept us in touch with everything through our travels in Japan. The trip would not have been so successful without it.
