If you're traveling through Japan, this device is a must have to stay connected. It easily handled streaming and wifi calls from our 2 laptops and phones simultaneously, even while driving around. I highly recommend it.

I worked during the Olympic Games 2020, having travelled from the UK. I was recommended to invest in a portable device so I was constantly linked to WiFi. The device I ordered arrived at my hotel within 24 hours. Outstanding. For 5 weeks I never lost the signal. Easy to set up and link. Customer service outstanding. Price to rent outstanding. Return policy so easy, and again outstanding. I cannot recommend this company enough. Absolutely outstanding.
