Very good experience

This pocket wifi has saved my butt whenever i have travelled outside the city into the inaka. The service has been consistent for me and the addition of the portable battery has also kept it going throughout the day. I've rented it for 20 days previously, now I will rent for longer. Let's see how it goes...

I rented a Wireless Premium Wifi for almost 6 weeks. I had difficulties with my initial order through the website so emailed the company and received very prompt and efficient assistance. I then had to extend my rental, which again was made so easy. I will definitely use this service again.

I've used japan-wireless 3 times and recommended them to travelling friends in the past. The experience has always been smooth. The only reason i give 4 stars and not 5 is that the hardware and speed (i was getting 40/40Mbit with the router in 5.8Ghz mode) hasn't changed in all these years. It's time for an update :)
