Don’t travel without a pocket wifi or translator. Worked perfectly. No issues at all.

Renting pocket Wi-Fi router from Japan Wireless was the best thing we did to make our travel in Japan smooth . With this small unit we had reliable and high speed Internet 24 x7 everywhere we traveled . Strongly recommend this for every visitor

The unlimited data pocket wifi worked perfectly throughout all of Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. The device is super easy to use and the battery life is excellent. I would totally recommend this product!

Great wifi option. Quick replacement when there was a problem that couldn't be sorted with a hard reset. Very happy and would use this company again.

This was a life saver, a must have when you go to Japan. Japan wireless has a reliable service, great customer and prompt responses. Very easy to use and and instructions were clear. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is because sometimes I would be connected but internet wouldn’t work

The connectivity was fast and constant. Sometimes lost it for a minute or two, but no big deal. A countdown or a direct message on the last day would be appreciated.
