We really enjoyed using the products and services again on our return trip to Japan. Package pick up was seamless at the airport, and the drop off method was very easy to do at the post office. Thank you for your excellent customer service and keeping us updated on the shipment of the hotspots.

Used for 8 days and absolutely enthusiast and satisfied. Reliable and stable connection, long lasting battery, excellent coverage. I have used almost 1.5Gb per day without any problems. The price is not cheap but the quality is high. Recommended.

Works very well and it's easy to order, it delivers at the hotel and it's easy to return, just drop the package as per instructions in any Post Box, we returned it at Narita Airport Terminal 1, there is a post box.

This was a great help during my two week stay in Japan. Pickup and return were the only issues—just be sure to know specifically where you must go, and ask information desks for assistant. The speed, reliability and battery life were more than adequate. If I could change one thing, I would have gotten 2 so that I could reach my partner when separated.

The wifi connection is great when I used it my Tokyo vacation!
