Good quality pocket Wi-Fi! Would definitely use it again on my next Japan trip.

Worked well throughout my stay in Japan

This is the third time we've used Japan wireless. It has always been reliable to use, and easy to pick up and return. We've never had any issues and would definitely continue to use, and recommend to anyone with wifi needs while travelling in Japan.

This was such a easy transaction all the way around. We picked up at the airport when we arrived and were able to drop off in a mailbox at the airport as soon as we checked our bags. Such a easy process and pocket wifi worked great thru our entire trip. We will use this service again.

I ordered the wifi hotspot to be sent to my local post office. It came in a few days, worked perfectly and was simple to drop in the mailbox to send it back.
