Throughout our trips to Tokyo, Takayama, Kyoto and Osaka the internet connection had been very smooth and no problems at all.
Will definitely recommend this product

Will definitely rent from here again

It is reliable and it is really unlimited. Much better than other options out there that are dancing around the word unlimited. It was very convenient to travel with and navigate. The extra battery was included at no additional charge. I rarely used it, but it was helpful when I needed to. I would recommend and use Japan Wireless again.

Definitely keep the envelope that it comes with until you return it! If picked up at a non-standard location, the workers there do not know how to return the device for you. Using the envelope and post office box is the easiest way.

Equipment was delivered on time in the location I had requested
The equipment was easy to use and coverage throughout Japan was excellent

The best. No problems, no hassles, just a good service. There are Mickey mouse companies out there here in Japan. But this company are professional, understand the customer needs and provide a first rate service from start to end. I have no reservations about recommending them.

Super easy to use and to return! Reliable and charge lasts all day

I picked up my Japan Wireless wifi from hotel without any problem. Instructions on how to use it was very clear. At the end of my trip, I just dropped it of at the post office at the airport. It would be even better if I could receive some kind of notice that Japan Wireless had received the returned wifi. by text message or email.

It was a quick and convenient transaction. We had to pick up and return the units in the post office of New Chitose Airport (2nd floor beside Uniqlo). Good internet speed as well.

From the website booking through to receiving, using and returning the Wi Fi booster everything went smoothly. Thanks
