Japan Wireless is very accommodating. Internet service was excellent. Extension request was also a breeze to process. I will definitely avail of their services when I visit Japan again.

Worked perfectly for my time in Hakuba and transiting in between airport and ski fields

First of all, I love Japan! It’s a beautiful country. People are very nice and hospitable.

If ever I go back to Japan again, I will be using Japan wireless again. So simple to use, easy to return and it works for my needs.

The device was waiting for me when I arrived at my hotel and it kept me online throughout my visit.

I loved this service! My family and I had wifi everywhere we went.

Japan Wireless was amazing and would recommend everyone to use their service. They were able to ship it to my hotel making pick up as easy as possible. And the entire time of use we never lost connection.

Easy to use, fast connection, and convenient service to pick up and drop off the device. Highly recommend Japan wireless if you're traveling to Japan!
