We're from Canada and used Japan Wireless' pocket wifi for our trip. The wifi worked well everywhere we travelled and allowed us to use our phones as if we were at home! Was the most affordable option we looked at and we'll surely use them next time as well. Highly recommend!

Japan wireless mobile hotspot is a lifesaver. Because of the fact that I have a locked phone, this is the solution to give me unlimited data at a very affordable rates. Much cheaper than eSIM. Thank you!

Travelled with 6 people. Great access for everybody on their devices. Easy pickup and drop off.

I've been using their pocket wifi for a few times now. It is always good and convenient. Except this time they gave me the wrong cable so I couldn't charge the pocket wifi but they were really reactive by email. Really good and simple service as always.

second time using japan wireless and they're the best! had zero issues with my wifi the entire time i was in japan!

Will definitely use Japan wireless again. The router was delivered on time to my hotel and WiFi access in Japan was great.
