Reasonably stable most of the time. Observed intermittent droputs, but restores itself after re-authentication.

Delivery to the hotel and returning through post was quick and easy. Wi-Fi was reliable in our touring around Tokyo

It works good. Excellent service as the devise had already been delivered to the hotel when I arrived.
Wish the instructions would be printed a a little bit bigger size.

The battery lasted all day and I was always connected, even in the mountains. I really found it very useful to be able to explore the cities and find all the places I wanted to see

I’ve been using the device for 2months and it’s been brilliant. The only issue is charging as it doesn’t connect properly- I think it’s a loose connection. That said I wouldn’t be without it now as it’s allowed me to upload anywhere I go!I keep it on constant charge to be sure I have connection.

The portable wifi has a long lasting battery life and premium internet speed. We had four devices connected to it at all times and lasted the entire day without having to recharge. Would highly recommend!
