Very easy to pick up and use. Had no issues with connection in major cities.

The portable Wifi is a must! It was very easy to order and the service was excellent!
Returning the device is very easy as well. We will definitely order again when we are in Japan.

My family and I used a couple of these devices to easily stay connected during our tour in Japan. We had continuous service going from Tokyo, to Kyoto, ending in Osaka. Return was easy using the provided mailing envelope and dropping off at the airport as we departed.

An efficient experience

Very good. Good wifi. Good battery.

Easy to use. Comes with charger and portable battery pack which was nice. Slim and lightweight too.

We ordered the pocket wifi online and received instructions
to pick it up at the airport. It was easy and fast. We had no problems with the pocket wifi and just dropped it off at our hotel lobby. I would sign up again the next time I'm overseas.

Worked awesome! Just have to remember to fully charge every night!

We were travelling for two weeks and the portable wifi was perfect. Very smooth pickup, setup and use. Never an issue. Very easy east drop off!

3 of us shared the potable wi-fi and it worked perfectly.
