It worked great and was easy to carry around

The process of ordering, reserving a wireless wi-if unit was very easy and there were great directions for where to pick it up when I get to Japan and how the use it and return it.

Pickup was quick and smooth as well drop-off. Great wifi service anywhere.

We’ve used Japan Wireless on all our trips to Japan and have never been disappointed. Great service and value. Highly recommended

The service was excellent, picking up and returning was very easy and simple. The unit itself was adequate for my needs of navigating throughout my trip. Reception cuts out underground so be prepared when using maps in the subway. Initiate your trip before heading into the subway.

Will go through them again!

Highly Recommended.

From booking, delivery of unit to customer care on concerns. Everything was easy, fast and reliable.
