Easy pickup and return and fast wifi - couldn't have asked for more. The charge always lasted a full day at least so never any worries there either.

The pocket wi-fi was easy to pick up at the airport (Narita), easy to set-up and use, and painless to return when we were done. I'd recommend this service.

My family and I used a couple of these devices to easily stay connected during our tour in Japan. We had continuous service going from Tokyo, to Kyoto, ending in Osaka. Return was easy using the provided mailing envelope and dropping off at the airport as we departed.
