The Wifi unit worked well for us and the power bank that came with it was very useful.

We stayed connected during all our travel.
Excellent service.

Excelente servicio

Was super helpful and easy to handle 10/10

This is a wonderfully convenient service, I picked up my order at Narita airport and posted it back from Haneda airport. It was so much better than organising a roaming Sim from my home country, and the 10gb of data was perfect for my 20 days touring Japan.
This is a fantastic service that is very well-priced & I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Japan,
Thank you!

Sometimes spotty but worked well for our family during our 10 day stay. Super easy to pick up at the airport and convenient to drop off.

Easy service. Great wifi while travelling. No issues.

Used this service for 2 weeks in April 2023. Service is awesome! Did not have any problems logging on. Quick pickup and delivery. Will use it again next time we return to Japan!

Ease of delivery to hotel prior to arrival, quality coverage and service, and quick to return back via Japan Postal service drop off at airport!

Easy to work with, acquire, and return...
