Helped with everything

It’s always a good experience when using internet in Japan.

Worked exactly as advertised and extremely convenient. Very pleased!

Delivery service is convenient. I had the wrong hotel address, and they worked with the hotels to get my pocket wifi delivered to the correct address, which was greatly appreciated. It was compact, lasted all day, and came with a battery pack, which I rarely needed to use. The service was great too - no problems with 2 people accessing in Tokyo, Gifu, and Kyoto. Highly recommend!

convenient to use and speed was great!
