Made communication access simple

Easy to use and very reliable

The whole process was easy - from reserving, receiving it at my hotel, and returning. Thank you for providing the return envelope and easy to follow instructions. I also loved that it was delivered to my hotel prior to my arrival. Will reserve via Japan-Wireless again when I go back to Japan.

I had a great experience

Great reception. Wifi is always available and it served it's purpose when finding location and destination.

Had a pocket Wi-Fi delivered to our hotel upon arrival. It was there and very easy to set up. The charge lasted just about the whole day for myself and my daughter. I just stuck it in my purse and it worked great. We had service everywhere we went (and we traveled a ton as we were on a tour). My only negative is that the device did get pretty warm in my purse. It was very easy to return as well. Just put it in the provided envelope and stuck it in the mail box. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Very economical and cheaper than paying the daily international rates my wireless provider charged for 2 lines (mine and my daughter).

So glad I chose this service. I traveled across Japan alone and relied on this device in remote areas as well as big cities from Okinawa to Hokkaido. As a result of renting this device, I never had to get a new SIM card or use the international service on my phone the whole time I was there.

Picking up and dropping off the modem was easy, it worked great throughout our stay in Japan, even when we were outside Tokyo. I will definitely be using it again when I come back to Japan.

All was as advertised, my WiFi hotspot was waiting for me at the airport. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend and will use the service again!
