Fast, reliable, easy to use.

Excellent service and no issues with the connectivity. The item was left at the hotel for me to pick up when I touched down in Tokyo. Included with the portable unit was a charger, cable, and case. They also provided an envelope to mail it back from the airport. I will always use this company when I'm in Japan!

Don’t rely on hotel or cafe free wifi. If you are using google maps or google translate to get around the pocket wifi is a must. This was convenient and easy and worked great!!

Japan Wireless was so easy & seamless to use. Ordered online to be sent to our hotel & it was waiting on arrival. Great wifi service throughout our trip (some minor issues that required restarting). Easy to use & super easy to ship back at the airport. Highly recommend!
