The best product out there! Cannot travel to Japan without it.

We have used for 15 days at Japan, and we have only a problem with the 1st wifi pocket and it was changed the next day delivering at hotel we were, so service is marvelous.

Very good device, easy to use, long la sting battery. We always had two mobile phones connected with maps and music apps and had no problem at all. Recommended

We went Japan for the summer 2023. We ordered 3 pocket wifi. Approximately 2-3 devices per pocket wifi. We visited Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. No issues with service and connectivity. We did have 1 pocket wifi die on us the day before the last day. But we still had 2 left and they provided us adequate service. Overall, I would reccomend this product for service, connectivity and ease of pick up and return at the airport. Thank you Japan Wireless.

Excellent during all days good connection and very easy

This pocket wifi was PERFECT for our trip. It is truly unlimited data! I was able to stream F1 in full HD and my girlfriend streamed TikToks. We never had any problems. Very reasonable price as well. When we return to Japan we will be using this company again. Thank you Japan Wireless!! 😁👍
