The pick up spot is very convenient for the Tokyo monorail. Signal was great all over Kanto. Will use again next year!

Would definitely use this service again

easy pick-up process, great service, and convenient drop-off within the terminal!

Effortless pickup. Great price and no dead zones, at least during my trip. Also easy drop off before departing.

The ptoduct was excactly as described. Good coverage and great speeds. Also battery life was way better than I expeected. All in all the service exceeded all my expectations.

I found the service extremely helpful during the course of my travels in Tokyo and the surrounding cities. The Wi-Fi always had great connection and it was clear and easy to use. The only problem I had with it was when it was moving about in my pocket, the screen would move and select random settings. At one point, the pocket wi-fi even blocked my phone from being able to connect to the device. That happened only once and was easily fixed. 10/10 I would use this service again.

Ottimo servizio, abbiamo avuto un problema con un apparecchio che ci hanno prontamente sostituito. Consigliato

So easy to order, pay, use and return. We were more than satisfied!
