I'm so glad we used this service. We had our pocket WiFi sent to our hotel and we were able to start using it right away. Returning it was just as easy. Definitely would recommend Japan Wireless to anyone!

First time in Japan and instead of paying Verizon exorbitant fees we kept our airplane mode on and used this for 12 days. Worked flawlessly. Great coverage and speed. Plenty for 2 phones. Easy to use. Easy to find at the airport. And super easy to return. Would definitely use this next time we visit.

Great Wi-Fi everywhere in japan

The pick up spot is very convenient for the Tokyo monorail. Signal was great all over Kanto. Will use again next year!
