Had a great time with the product. Whole family used the internet whilst holidaying in Japan. No issues with connectivity ourselves (though others traveling with us had no access for about a week)
Much cheaper for us than paying roaming fees.
Used the power bank quite a lot for phone charging too (not required for pocket WiFi during our days out)
Obviously have to be close to the WiFi to receive access - so limited to the carrier sometimes.
Would use again.

I had traveled to japan for 1 month and this is extremely handy to have around you I was able to stay connected to the internet while traveling.

Fast speed, efficient service

WiFi device was waiting at my hotel upon arrival, worked perfectly and included a mailer to return at the airport. I've rented from this service 5+ times with no issues.

The battery life of the mobile hot spot was excellent!

high speed, unlimited data, good package, and good cost. I think this is the best choice for a trip to Japan.
But using Postbox to return it is something...... difficult for foreigners. So be careful to use the postbox, and read the email(return notification) before returning it.

We prebooked WiFi before arriving. Pick up was easy to find. Wifi unit worked fantastically throughout trip and was so easy to just post in a mailbox at the airport before we left. Will definitely use on next trip.

This was the 3rd time I rented this device for my stay in Japan. It always worked perfect, was delivered to my Hotel on time and there is basically no setup except for entering the WIFI-Key. Nothing more to say!
