Great reception, even in the mountains of Hokkaido. Easy to use and pick up/drop off was seamless. Would recommend to all my traveling friends!

Worked during my month long trip to Tokyo and Okinawa. Used mostly for maps and searching for restaurants and shops.

The WiFi itself is pretty reliable. I had it for 10 days and we had no issues. The powerbank that comes with the device was really helpful.

In terms of delivery, the team was quick to inform me about possible delays. They were able to deliver it the next day despite me having to give a different address. Overall, I had a good experience with Japan Wireless. 👍🏼

Used this pocket wifi for almost 2 weeks while travelling in Japan from Tokyo to Sapporo and the mountain region of Hakuba. Reliable, fast and never lost a signal. Battery lasted over 12 hours with a recharge. Small like a phone was not intrusive at all. Easy to return. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent product.
Would be nice to get a confirmation that the device has been received on return

The wireless wifi gave excellent coverage wherever we traveled in Hokkaido!

The process of renting and use of Japan Wireless pocket Wifi was very easy and worked well during our trip to Hokkaido, Japan. I will definitely use this service again on my next trip to Japan.

Happy with the service provided and the smooth transactions. The only thing for improvement is to provide more accurate location map in the airport where to drop off and pick up the device. Thank you! :)

Was a great service, all worked perfectly - recommend.

I thought your product and service was exceptional. I used it for business and I never experienced bad internet connectivity. Thank you for being dependable. Also, I like the fact that I can drop off your product in the mail after use.
