We were very happy with the customer service we received, the price we paid and the items we rented. I liked that the wifi was small and easy to fit in my bag. It also came with a portable battery that is so important in Japan. Would definitely rent again from Japan Wireless. Thank you!

It’s my first time using japan wireless and it did not disappoint! I am so glad I learned about it as it is way cheaper compare to my usual go to when it comes to pocket wifi rental and its battery lasts the entire day.

Pick up and return of the unit is very easy too! Even got to purchase this with a discount using promo codes found online. Will surely order pocket wifi from japan wireless moving forward.

Brilliant unit and a great thing to have

Thank you Japan Wireless for the fast, convenient and hassle free pocket wifi device!

First time traveling to Japan from America and this was extremely helpful! I probably would have been lost without it. The company even mailed it to my hotel because I ordered it after arriving to Japan. Very satisfied with it

Japan Wireless’s Premium Wi-Fi offers top-notch connectivity, ensuring seamless browsing and communication experiences for travelers. The unit was waiting for me at my hotel and I returned it at the airport just before leaving Japan. Great product. Great service.
