I used the pocket wifi at Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Kobe then on shinkansen to Tokyo…no issue. very happy 😃

Very easy to send back, use, and operate.

Decent battery life, would last most of the day.
I would highly recommend for anybody visiting Japan!

My family and really enjoyed traveling to Japan, always staying connected without sending a fortune on wireless

Satisfied client. This is my second time to avail of this pocket wifi and it never fail my expectation. Must have!

The pocket WiFi was excellent. We had reliable coverage and hardly had to use the back up battery. As long as it was charged overnight because it was slow to charge we found it lasted all day and met our needs. The only time the coverage was patchy was on the bullets trains.
The service for the pocket Wi-Fi was also excellent we requested hotel delivery and it was waiting for us in checkin.

So happy with the product. It worked well and the coverage was perfect. Easy to use and set up. We had only one incident when it stopped working. We rebooted phone and wifi device and it was again good to go. I recommend it!

Went throughout Japan and had service wherever we went. Really beneficial for those not on international plans.

Easy reservation, precise delivery, device was working properly. Additionally given powebank is very useful.

Booking was easy. The device was delivered to the hotel a day before our arrival. Excellent coverage in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Battery last around 12 hours with 4 devices connected. highly recommended

top service, top connections
